Acevedo Huertas tiene una amplia trayectoria en el Ministerio de Cultura, ha sido hasta inicios de 2019 Directora General de Derechos de los Pueblos Indígenas y anteriormente, Directora de la Dirección de Consulta Previa. De igual manera, ha brindado su apoyo técnico en la Oficina de Gestión de Conflictos Sociales de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros y en el Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).
Su experiencia la ha llevado a participar en el diseño e implementación de instrumentos normativos y de gestión sobre derechos de los pueblos indígenas, en la implementación estatal del derecho a la consulta previa, de la Política Nacional de Lenguas Originarias, Tradición Oral e Interculturalidad y en el desarrollo de estrategias para la protección de población indígena en situación de aislamiento y contacto inicial. Además, ha participado en procesos de ordenamiento territorial, en el análisis de conflictos sociales y en acciones de incidencia con gobiernos regionales y la sociedad civil.
Ha representado al Estado peruano ante organizaciones internacionales como expositora en materia de derechos de pueblos indígenas y gobernanza territorial en Chile, Guatemala, Panamá, Estados Unidos y Suiza. Desde julio de este año, se desempeña, como viceministra de Interculturalidad, en el Ministerio de Cultura.

Underground Rock Excavation Division Epiroc Product Manager Electrification
Franck Boudreault was recently appointed Global Product Manager Electrification for Epiroc’s Underground Rock Excavation Division. Epiroc unveiled in November 2018 its second generation of battery electrical vehicles for underground mining. Franck’s new role is to promote the use of batteries underground and help customers to move away from fossil fuels, while improving work conditions and boosting productivity.
